Description
Fish oil is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids (EPA, DHA), beneficial for proper brain and heart function. They naturally occur in more fatty fish and are an important part of a healthy diet.
Ingredients:
Fish oil (in the form of triglycerides), gelatine capsule (beef gelatine, humectant glycerol, water), antioxidant D-α-tocopherol.

Recommended dosage
Take 1–2 capsules per day. Take with enough water. Maximum daily dose is 2 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. After opening, store at temperature not exceeding 25 ºC and consume within 2 months.
