Ingredients: bulking agent – cellulose; beta-alanine, sodium citrate, L-histidine hydrochloride, anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids; thickener – cross-linked sodium carboxy methyl cellulose; anti-caking agent – silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride – vitamin B6.
Recommended use: take 3-4 tablets daily with a meal or before training, drinking with a large amount of water.
