Antonia Divers– Level 3–5 qualified personal trainer, educator, and PT mentor specialising in nutrient metabolism, exercise referral, and advanced nutrition and training strategies. I run a personal training education school, gym, and supplement shop. I am also a former competitive bodybuilder- combining evidence-based education with practical, real-world performance experience.
Robert Grucela– A rehabilitation specialist who lives the fighter’s life. An active MMA practitioner training at Ayrshire Hit Squad with competitive experience in K-1/kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu, I know the injuries you face because I’ve already been there myself. Combined with expertise as a Rehab specialist, Personal Training Assessor, I can provide a unique blend of clinical knowledge and combat-sports savvy. Learn the essential blueprint for injury prevention, intelligent rehab, and recovery to build a career, not just a fight.
Chris Duncan is a Scottish professional mixed martial artist competing in the Lightweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Known by the nickname “The Problem,” he fights out of Alloa, Scotland, and trains with American Top Team. Duncan is recognized for his resilience and is considered one of Scotland’s premier UFC fighters.
