How do I use it?

Mix 2 scoops of powder (19 g) with at least 250ml water in a shaker bottle and consume 30 mins before exercise. For first-time users, mix one scoop of powder (9.5g) with 250ml water.

Warnings: High caffeine content (1840mg/100ml). Food supplements do not replace a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the supplement compounds. Consult your physician before use. Not recommended for use by those taking medication. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling sensation on the skin for some individuals. The container has 1 sachet of silica gel for moisture absorption. Do not consume and do not discard until all contents are used up.

Storage: Store the container tightly closed between 5-30°C (41-86°F). Keep away from direct heat, moisture and sunlight. After opening do not store the product for more than 6 months.
