Method of use
Mix 1 portion of 30 g (1.5 scoops) with 200 ml of water or skimmed milk. Consume 1 portion before training and another immediately after. The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 60 g. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
