Food supplement in the form of a hard capsule containing L-glycine, an endogenic amino acid, that acts as a neurotransmitter and is an essential component for synthesis of proteins, i.a. collagen.

Method of use
Swallow the capsules with a glass of water. We suggest taking three capsules an hour before sleep.

L-glycine, shell (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), inulin.
