Weider Mega Mass 2000 1.5 kg shake provides high quality energy and protein to meet the needs of the most demanding athletes and workouts. We’ve drastically reduced the sugar content of Mega Mass 2000 and instead deliver the energy your muscles need to grow from a proprietary blend of carbohydrates, with no added sugars, made from corn maltodextrin, native wheat starch, whole grain oat flour and native potato starch. Carbohydrates are up to 69% of the formula and only 13% sugars.
The protein matrix of Mega Mass 2000 is made with milk protein isolate, which provides casein and whey, whey protein concentrate and egg white protein powder. This combination of fast and slow proteins promotes fast, yet long-lasting recovery that maximizes muscle mass gains and anabolism in a 100% natural way.
How to use:
Mix 1 portion = 150 g powder (2 ½ level scoops) in 550 ml semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat)
