Inositol – also known as vitamin B8, is an organic chemical compound belonging to the vitamin B group. It occurs naturally in the human body and plays a key role in various metabolic processes. When combined with vitamin B6, it receives additional support, enhancing its beneficial effects.
Vitamin B6 – functions include maintaining normal psychological functions, supporting the nervous system and regulating hormonal activity.
